In case you want to add new or updated WiFi network credentials to Toadi, you should put Toadi on the charging station first. At that point, she will start scanning for QR codes.
Re-initialize the app by logging out (profile > log out) from the app.
Now there are 2 possibilities:
Option 1 - Log in with a different e-mail address than the one you used before.
Option 2 - Log in with the same e-mail address as used before. However, for this to be possible, Toadi Support should unlink your user from your Toadi first. Please contact Toadi Support for this by clicking here.
Then continue the steps from the installation process, which includes the WiFi network setup. Once the app gets to the “Take a walk” section, you can skip these steps.
Now, your Toadi is connected to the new WiFi network!
